TekPro is representing our client in their search for a Helpdesk Analyst, an essential role providing technical support and troubleshooting for various software and hardware issues. As the first point of contact for clients, you will ensure the smooth operation of systems and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Install, manage, and provide support for computer networks and IT systems.
  • Analyze, detect, and use tools for continual monitoring to identify malicious activity.
  • Document and track all support incidents in the ticketing system.
  • Manage Active Directory services in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Maintain a knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Communicate technical information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide basic technical training to clients as needed.
  • Requirements and Qualifications:


    • Associate or bachelor’s degree (MIS or related field).
    • Certifications in IT support or related fields preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP).
    • Experience with networking and server administration.
    • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be trained to use scissor lifts.
