We are looking for a Financial analyst to provide financial management support.

• Position Type: Full time, W2 salaried plus benefits
• Location: Washington DC

• Support IMF financial management services in the execution of Modernization portfolio.
• Recommend financial management Variance Analysis, Fiscal Year Budget Support, Financial Management, Cost Estimates, and Funding Tracking and Reporting.
• Provide assistance with projects/studies, analyze the programs operations in meeting goals/objectives and their methods and procedures in IMF's financial and administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to:
  • Offering assistance for budget meetings and events of IMF Mod Program.
  • Perform related administrative tasks such as preparing and reviewing complex documents, reports, correspondence, design and create brochures, forms, flyers, and other informational materials.
  • Support and assist with preparing and maintaining detailed spreadsheets and databases and prepare and maintain files and use automated file management and database systems to record, obtain and analyze data.

• Bachelor's in public administration or related field.
• At least 3 years or more of Federal budgeting experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Federal Authorization and Appropriations process.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the different funding types and their purposes, i.e. operations and maintenance (O&M) funds, etc.
