This includes providing support for delivery teams, business users, DTCC, Distributors and electronic vendor partners for feed testing and technology enhancements to include integrated testing and post implementation support. This position is expected to obtain advanced level knowledge of our vendors' operational processes and business platforms. This role will require a solid understanding of Jackson's business model to determine the appropriate communication channels and involvement of respective stakeholders. The Analyst will serve as a point of contact for electronic business production support, which will require strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to activate various risk mitigation recovery plans based on the severity of the issue and the impact on our service level agreements.
