The Portfolio Lead - Neuroscience and Immunology is responsible for overseeing the management of our Neuroscience and Immunology portfolio. Pivotal in driving near- and long-term growth, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive disease-area focused strategy to address the opportunity in Neuroscience and Immunology research fields, focused in proteomics. The role will drive new products, innovation and build on our leading network of collaborators and partners to understand and anticipate researchers needs for the future.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Develop and execute a plan for high-impact Neuroscience and Immunology disease areas where our products can drive significant advancements. Tailor our offerings to meet these needs. Identify market trends to capitalize on opportunities, differentiate our offerings, and expand our market share, delivering above-market revenue performance across the portfolio.
Drive identification of new and emerging targets in Neuroscience and Immunology for NPD focus. Build and execute launch plans for new products and cohorts to achieve maximum market penetration and early revenue growth. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of researchers in academia and biopharma.
Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize the Neuroscience and Immunology portfolio, anticipating the evolving needs of life science researchers. Guide the creation of workflow solutions that anticipate customer needs. Conduct market research to stay informed of trends, challenges, and opportunities within Neuroscience and Immunology. Perform competitive analysis to identify market gaps and strengthen our leadership position.
Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders in Neuroscience and Immunology. Develop a network of influencers who can advocate for and validate our innovations, enhancing our brand’s credibility and reach. Organize and participate in industry conferences, panels, and webinars to share insights, showcase advancements, and drive industry dialogue
Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Technical Support teams to ensure alignment and integration of Neuroscience and Immunology product strategies. Facilitate effective communication across departments to incorporate the latest scientific insights into our product development
Lead and inspire a team of portfolio managers providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive excellence and innovation.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., Ph.D.) is highly desirable.
Extensive experience in product management and leadership within the life sciences, with a strong focus in Neuroscience or Immunology.
Proven track record of driving product strategies that establish or reinforce market leadership in the life sciences, Neuroscience or Immunology research sectors.
Deep understanding of the Neuroscience and/or Immunology research landscape, particularly within academic and biopharma settings.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights and scientific data into actionable strategies.
Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
Experience with market research, customer engagement, and competitive analysis in the Neuroscience, Immunology or life sciences sector.
Highly motivated, visionary, and results-driven, with a passion for leading the market in Neuroscience and Immunology-focused solutions.

- Ability to travel 30% of time, internationally as required
