The National Client Partner is a high-impact role focused on driving measurable growth, retention, and operational excellence for one of our largest national accounts. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to deliver against key performance metrics, including revenue growth, account retention, and client satisfaction while executing a data-driven, strategic approach to account management.
This individual will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment between the client's objectives and our internal capabilities, while leveraging cross-functional teams to meet performance goals. A polished communicator and presenter, the National Client Partner will also represent the organization at key industry events, ensuring visibility and influence across the sector.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and close expansion opportunities by analyzing client portfolios and driving targeted growth across under-penetrated markets. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Account Retention: Proactively manage client health by addressing potential churn signals early, delivering on SLAs, and maintaining retention rates above industry benchmarks.
  • Client Satisfaction: Achieve client satisfaction metrics through frequent touchpoints, strategic updates, and fast resolution of escalations. Consistently deliver clients on NPS scores above target.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with client marketing teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies with measurable KPIs. Drive campaign effectiveness and monitor progress through data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met, while influencing stakeholders who do not report directly to you. Successfully engage field teams to convert identified opportunities into revenue.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate account plans and sales forecasts, reporting on pipeline status, revenue projections, and opportunity performance. Provide actionable insights and data-backed recommendations.
  • Tactical Precision: Manage multiple initiatives with a focus on key metrics, including SLA adherence, campaign ROI, and time-to-value for clients. Ensure every interaction drives measurable outcomes.
  • Travel & Industry Presence: Travel up to 50% to meet with clients and represent the company at industry events, driving visibility and networking to unlock new opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of account management experience, with 5+ years managing high-value national clients with revenues exceeding $200M. Multifamily experience preferred.
  • Revenue & Retention Expertise: Proven ability to exceed growth and retention targets through data-driven strategies.
  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Analytical & Metrics-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and measure progress against KPIs.
  • Exceptional Presentation Skills: Polished communicator with the ability to present complex ideas effectively to both executives and industry audiences.
  • Operational Excellence: Highly detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Proactive & Resourceful: Adept at problem-solving and securing resources to deliver on key account goals and client needs.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Estimated total on-target earnings range is $220,000 annually, comprised of annual base salary of $165,000 per year and additional uncapped incentive compensation .
Range is subject to change. Rent. takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, market finances, operational business needs, and peer compensation.
