What You Will Be Doing

1. Igniting curiosity and inspiring a limitless mindset in students through engaging, peer-level connections.
2. Utilizing AI and adaptive learning tools to personalize education, allowing students to progress at their own pace.
3. Fostering a culture of growth, learning, and ambition, guiding students to discover their strengths and interests.
4. Contributing to the continuous innovation and improvement of Alpha's educational model, sharing insights and ideas.

What You Won’t Be Doing

1. Falling into the routine of traditional educational methods; no stuffy lectures or rigid lesson plans.
2. Overlooking the importance of personal growth and development within the educational journey.
3. Limiting students to conventional learning tools and methods, ignoring the power of technology and innovation.

Basic Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in any subject
2. Experience performing at an elite level (Division 1 sports, Presidential Scholar, etc.)
3. High level of energy and a desire to boost others up
4. A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students
5. Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
6. Willingness to work in-person in Austin, TX

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
