Our 300+ real estate agents and staff members are dedicated to providing superior training and support that enable them to keep up with the dynamic housing market. We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team at The Collective powered by RE/MAX Allegiance! License Requirement: A valid real estate license in Maryland, Virginia or, D.C. is required. Earnings Potential: As a commission-only job, with dedication and hard work, you can make six figures or above within your first year here! Plus, you will have access to numerous resources and tools to ensure your success. Responsibilities: We know that the vast majority of real estate business is repeat and referral, but we also know there is much more business that could be captured! Most agents have too large a database and are not contacting the members effectively! Here is a simple math problem for you… # of people in your database X 4 X 5%= The number of transactions you should be doing by repeat and referral. If you’re not operating at that level, we have a proposition for you… We hear it from agents all the time. I could be better there. The bottom line is, up until the last few years, even with a marginal follow-up program, you could still capture the referral business. But times have changed. In today’s environment, absent a STRONG relationship with their agent, (stronger than ever before) the consumer's first move is to go online. If you are like most agents, you have a large database of people who know you, like you, and see value in you, but unless you are constantly in front of them with VALUE, your repeat and referral business is slipping away. “Good Enough” is no longer “Good Enough”!
