Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales initiative at the brand new Home 2 Suites in Traverse City! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and leadership to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize sales strategies
- Manage key accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Utilize technology sales tools effectively, including Salesforce
- Conduct outside sales visits to foster client engagement
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and leadership roles
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decisions
- Track record of successfully managing a high-performing sales team
- Familiarity with technology sales tools and CRM systems like Salesforce
Join our team as a Sales Director and play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year (includes 15% quarterly bonus and $500 pay incentive after hotel opens!)
