Travel Pharmacist in Yuma, AZ

**Job Title:** Pharmacist

**Shift:** 10-hour day and evening shifts, 7 on 7 off, Thursday - Wednesday, evening shifts as needed
**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience
**License:** Active AZ license or Compact
**Certifications:** ACLS preferred
**Must-Have:** EPIC experience required
**Job Description:**
- Decentralized pharmacy role
- Experience with Vanco AUC dosing
- Proficiency with EMR systems: EPIC, Lexicomp, Baxter IQ
- Common duties include attending codes, IV pharmacist/compounding pharmacist experience preferred
- Staff includes a clinical manager available five days a week
- Pharmacy Techs available
- Medication dispensing systems: Omnicell, Central pharm robot, carousel, Omnicell XT cabinets, Omnicell Controlled Substance cabinet
- Weekend shifts required every other or once per month
- Two out of three holidays required
- Dress code is business casual with a white coat or khaki scrubs
- Orientation includes one day of general orientation, clinical education/EPIC, and one day on the floor
- Cancellation policy allows for the equivalent of weekly guaranteed hours to be canceled for a 13-week assignment
- Care setting in an acute division
- Trauma level 2
