Senior Estimator

G&E Partners are in collaboration with an industry leading heavy civil GC seeking a Senior Estimator to join their ranks in Raleigh, NC. Reporting directly to the COO, this opportunity provides strong progression potential.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate full scope estimates based on Bid-build, Design - Build or construction construction documents.
• Analyse drawings and specifications to ensure accurate documentation is present and to determine scope of work.
• Organise and provide leadership and direction to the bid team along with strategy, schedule and strategy.
• Provide detailed take off for specific trades when required.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of estimating in the heavy civil construction.
• Proficiency in HCSS heavy bid software.
• Experienced in Agtek take off software preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field.
