Job Description:
The General Manager position is full-time and leads a team of 15-20 Baristas. The GM is responsible for the daily operations of the store and the facility. Daily operations include inventory management, cash management, team scheduling, and store cleanliness and maintenance. The ideal candidate must be a leader with a heart for coaching and mentoring the team, with a love for our customers and the community.

Compensation: $36,000 to $42,000 plus bonuses.
