Modivcare is looking for an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to join our team! This position is responsible for translating opportunities into project tasks, milestones, and deliverables, manage day-to-day problem-solving, and serve as a key liaison between shared services, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Leadership across the organization.   • Conducts research and analysis on specific issues, projects, and transformation initiatives within the organization, and provides recommendations based on findings.
  • Develops and implements strategies and solutions to address identified issues and opportunities that align with our to organization's vision.
  • Works with the company's leadership team and employees to implement the necessary changes.
  • Builds strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, communicates effectively, and influences decision-making.
  • Monitors and evaluates the outcomes of the initiatives involved in, ensuring that they are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, and adjusting as necessary.
  • Works closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics required.
  • Seven (7) plus years of related experience.
  • Previous teaching or public speaking experience is preferred.
  • Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
  • A background in healthcare management consulting is preferred, but not required.
  • PMP or Six Sigma certifications is preferred, but not required.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Superior communication skills, including strong presentation skills, and the ability to build consensus at all levels.
  • Experience building and communicating through PowerPoint to varying levels of management and leadership is preferred.
  • Ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, Tableau, PowerBI, Miro, and/or other analytical and collaborative technologies.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
Salary: $130,450 - $169,300
Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
