Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or senior product leader, with a total work experience of over 5 years, preferably in the finance, banking, or estate planning sectors. They should possess the ability to plan strategic product outcomes, understand agent needs, and make data-driven decisions. Experience in leading cross-functional teams, building user journeys, and prioritizing product features is essential. The candidate should thrive on team energy, be excited to build community within their team, and have a history of ensuring an integrated customer journey that results in end-user growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years as a Product Manager or senior product leader for an end user facing software product that showed significant user engagement and growth
  • 5+ years total work experience, ideally in a role with technical, analytic, or consultative responsibilities
  • Ideally 3+ years experience in the finance, banking, or estate planning sectors
  • Ability to plan and prepare strategic product outcomes and roadmaps
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of agent needs, identify unmet needs and translate those into experiences that make agents more successful
  • Ability to analyze data to make hypothesis-based, data-driven decisions
  • Dedicated to providing an unparalleled experience for the user and ability to partner with design teams to make it happen
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams including technology/engineering, marketing, support, operations, and sales
  • Experience acting as the key executive interface with technology and product planning
  • Experience building user journeys, building gap analysis, completing customer experience reviews, and other standard product processes
  • Experience prioritizing product features based on analytics, research, outcomes, and user or subject matter expert feedback
  • Thrives on the energy of other people and is excited to build community and comradery within their product team, partners, and inspire the overall organization with compelling storytelling and product vision
  • History of partnering with GTM organization and other product teams to ensure an integrated customer journey (both in-product and out-of-product) that result in end-user growth

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • Sufficient technical acumen to partner with engineering resources to frame technical challenges and specify product requirements
  • Relevant sector experience
