THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:


  • Lead and grow a small sales team, with a focus on strategy, execution, and closing large enterprise deals.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process for highly technical, data-centric products.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to drive revenue and go-to-market strategies.
  • Hybrid role requiring regular in-person collaboration at the Boston office a couple of times a week.
  • Competitive compensation package, including a base salary and performance-based incentives.


YOUR BACKGROUND:


  • Proven experience leading a small sales team at a startup, ideally in data SaaS, ETL, or similarly complex technical fields .
  • Strong track record in driving and closing enterprise-level, technical sales.
  • A deep understanding of complex data infrastructure solutions, with the ability to simplify and communicate value to diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a hands-on leadership approach.
