Salary: $100k - $125k DOE

Your Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Coordination : Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful execution of bridge construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, construction crews, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management and Problem Resolution : Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and address challenges promptly to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Quality Control and Compliance : Monitor project progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure all work adheres to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
