Your Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination : Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful execution of bridge construction projects from inception to completion.
- Team Leadership : Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, construction crews, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
