We seek an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead the operations at Joni Restaurant, where refined elegance meets exceptional dining. This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily flow of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and luxurious experience. The General Manager will closely partner with the Lounge Manager to elevate service standards across all outlets, curating unforgettable moments for our esteemed guests and dedicated colleagues. Responsibilities
- Manage the restaurant while supporting other Food and Beverage outlets, including In-Room Dining and Minibar.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to maintain cohesive operations.
- Curate and oversee the distinguished Joni Live Music program, ensuring an exceptional and harmonious guest experience that complements the restaurant's refined ambiance.

- Responsible for both short- and long-term planning to enhance restaurant performance.
- Ensure effective recruitment, training, development, promotion, and continuous performance reinforcement.
- Lead and coach the team to achieve outstanding guest service and colleague satisfaction.
- Fully understand and foster colleague engagement.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for revenue growth and cost control.
- Prepare and manage the restaurant’s budget, marketing plans, and objectives within approved guidelines.
- Maintain a high-energy, positive, and professional appearance.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage special events and holiday functions.
- Uphold Health and Safety standards.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Serve as a role model for all colleagues.
- Analyze and forecast for the restaurant's short- and long-term success.
- Generate and share cost-saving ideas and operational improvements.
