Dudley Market is seeking a AM prep/line cook to join our team. Currently we are looking for someone to work 8am-4:30pm Wednesday - Sunday. The job will entail heavy prep during the week and working the line on the weekends.
We are a seafood restaurant in a constant pursuit of sustainable and traceable seafood. We take it a step further and operate a fleet of our own. We have full control of our product from the water to the plate. Dudley’s menu will highlight the very best of Socal seafood & vegetables.

Who we are looking for:
-Our ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused with a background in kitchens.
-They will be dependable, motivated to learn, committed to working as a team, and have great communication skills.
-Experience working with fish, both raw and cooked preparations
-Interested in Fish Cookery, Fish Butchery, Knowledge of Oysters and looking to further expand knowledge in BOH operations
-A minimum of two years of kitchen experience is required for this position.
Compensation & Benefits:
-$18-$20/hr base pay + tips. Our Boh team brings in $80-$130 in tips per day.
