Sr. Manager, Finance-Global Operations Location: Minneapolis, MN, US Job Family: Finance Country/Region: United States Finance/Accounting Business Lead: Develop and implementshort and long-term financial strategies that ensure IUGlobal Operations achieves its objectives in product quality, safety, and inventory management. Develop and implement efforts to reduce manufacturing and supply chain costs. Lead the rolling 15 month quarterly financial forecasts including ensuring adequate financial processes and controls to ensure achievement of the forecast. Lead the team that develops accurate standard costsincluding measuring and reporting cost variances. Develop and implement long-range forecasts for capital expenditure and depreciation expense. Develop individual capital request investment cases. Oversee all accounting processes of IU Global Operations including the financial close processes, general ledger accounting, reporting, and analysis. This work is done in partnership with the Coloplast Shared Service center in Europe. Support the operations tracks of business development initiatives including distribution agreements, strategic partnerships, minority investments and acquisitions. Developand implement strategy for inventory levels to ensure they are optimized across the supply chain. Ensure appropriate inventory controls are in place and followed. Leadership: Manage a team of global direct reports. Manage direct reports to ensure key performance objectives are being met. Work closely with the Vice President of Operations and establish effective working relationships with their direct reports in U.S. and France. Regularly review and maintain corporate and local procedures/instructions to assure ongoing compliance as needed. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field is required. MBA is preferred. 15+ years of progressive experience supporting operations, preferably in a medical device manufacturing environment. Previous managerial experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in ERP manufacturing systems and aptitude with Business Intelligence reporting software (Power BI, Tableau, etc). Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
