Job Title: Supply Chain and PLM Business Analyst

Job Location: San Jose, CA

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $82/hr - $87/hr

Responsibilities:

1. Business Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements.
2. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
3. Solution Design: Design and propose technological solutions that address the identified business needs, improving process efficiency and data accuracy.
4. System Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of supply chain management systems, including configuring software to meet business requirements and integrating it with existing systems.
5. Testing and Deployment: Coordinate the testing of new systems and features, ensuring they meet business needs without disrupting operations.
6. Manage the deployment of solutions across the supply chain network.
7. Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on new systems and features.
8. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
9. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement.
10. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between supply chain operations and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.
11. Lead the change management process for the supply chain team, providing training and support for users transitioning to the new system.
