Connect with NRG and Vivint on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and debug issues with a focus on resolving problems quickly with minimal impact on customers and developers.Build tools to improve developer productivity and contribute ideas to continuously improve Vivint Technology.Manage processes, systems and infrastructure, leveraging best practices and security.Monitor and manage service reliability, availability, and performance.Support and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Virtual Machines and Containers.Build software and systems to manage Vivint infrastructure and applications.Improve reliability, quality, and uptime of Vivnt software and infrastructure solutions.Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve.Required Skills/Experience:Expertise with code management and deployment processes (CI/CD), procedures, and tools, preferably with Jenkins.Development experience at an SR level, including .NetFamiliar with source management tools such as Git and Bitbucket.Experience with one or more scripting languages (Python/Go/Javascript/Groovy).Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.A pragmatic approach to problem-solving.Strong teamwork and collaborative skillsFlexibility in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.Here are some highlighted perks you should ask us about:Free daily lunch and drinks on sitePaid holidays and flexible paid time awayEmployee/Friends/Family DiscountsOnsite health clinic, gym, gaming tablesMedical/dental/vision/life coverage & 24/7 Medical Hotline401(k) + Employer MatchEmployee Resource GroupsWORKING CONDITIONS:This job operates in a professional office environment.
