About the Opportunity
The Department of Neurooncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, is actively hiring new Neurology/Neurophysiology faculty at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank .
Successful candidates will join our outstanding neurophysiology and cancer neurology team in the nation’s top cancer center. These positions are aimed to expand our neurophysiology section within the department to provide neuromuscular and peripheral nerve disorder coverage as well as cancer neurology inpatient and outpatient consult coverage.
The position requires fellowship training in clinical neurophysiology with a focus on EMG/NCS or combined EMG/EEG. The ideal recruit will not only provide clinical neurophysiology coverage for our complex and expanding clinical volume of patients but will also actively contribute to academic growth with strong mentorship.
This position will also provide exciting opportunities to closely interact with the MD Anderson Cancer Neuroscience Program , which is our newest institutional strategic priority program, and to develop leadership skills in the niche field of Cancer Neurophysiology.
