Introduction
Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Tax Accounting Specialist position. This position is a contract to direct hire opportunity, and could be either on-site in Leesburg, FL or Hybrid, with occasional team meetings to review work and assignments.
Summary
The Tax Accounting Specialist will be responsible for preparing a wide range of business tax returns, bookkeeping and management of client portfolios/strategy, to maximize client savings.
This opportunity is with a family-owned accounting firm, with an excellent reputation and rapid growth, serving professional business throughout Central Florida.
Would prefer someone in the Leesburg area, but could be remote with occasional visits to office to review projects.

Qualified candidates would have the following:
- Will be responsible for, and should have experience, processing business tax preparation and filing with IRS.
- General Accounting Bookkeeping experience
- Attention to detail is mandatory
- "Production mentality" with a consistent quality of work
NOTE: Open to various levels of experience......could be a CPA, an Accountant, or new graduate from school with strong aptitude
