Overview: Join the hiring company as a Customer Engineering Director, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of their cutting-edge AI solutions. As the Customer Engineering Director, you will lead technical engagements with customers, collaborating closely to ensure seamless integration and adoption of AI products.
What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a deep understanding of customer requirements
- Oversee the successful implementation and integration of AI solutions into customer environments.
- Work closely with technical teams to address and resolve any technical challenges faced by customers.
- Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, providing valuable feedback on product enhancements and improvements based on customer experiences.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to provide strategic technical guidance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in AI and machine learning, both internally and externally.
- Partner closely with the Customer Success group to drive initiatives ensuring customers derive maximum value from AI products.
- Develop and implement strategies to measure and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage experience from a fast-growing organization to thrive in dynamic environments and drive scalability.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align customer engineering efforts with overall business objectives.
- Work with product management to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering)
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical leadership role, preferably in AI or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Fintech or banking is a nice-to-have.
- Demonstrated success in technical customer engagement and collaboration.
- Experience in a fast-growing organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Compensation:
- Compensation is expected to be between$170,000 - $210,000 . Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
