Inside the Role

Interns will gain knowledge and experience through exciting and real-life learning opportunities. Interns must work in accordance with DTNA's core values of passion, respect, integrity, and discipline. Internship positions can be located at various DTNA locations across the US. We are looking for high-performing and motivated individuals in various areas within DTNA organizations. DTNA internships begin each summer in May or June.

Interns in this role may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position subject to manager evaluations and business availability.

This intern will work with the IT Group & Cross Functions group and will be responsible for aligning processes, people, and technology to enable optimization by embracing industry best practices and working with business partners. This group is responsible for a variety of tasks and priorities, so you will have the opportunity to explore different projects across multiple areas, all while helping drive the team's mission and culture forward. Candidates must have a great attitude to work in a dynamic, flexible, and sometimes ambiguous environment and a drive to challenge the status quo culture. Creativity, DEI&B, and collaboration should be part of your DNA.

Salary placement is determined by your anticipated graduation year and ranges between $21 - $30 per hour.

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Align processes, people, and technology to enable optimization by embracing industry best practices and working with business partners
  • Work on technology rollouts like operating systems upgrades, explore immersive and emerging technology, robotic process automation, and research on POCs based on Digital Activation strategy
  • Contribute to the culture of the team, propose and challenge the status quo
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead projects to implement solutions
  • Implement dashboards for tracking key indicators and efficiency metrics
  • Develop documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc.
  • Collaborate with other analysts and developers to troubleshoot problems and analyze applications for support and enhancements
  • Document solutions for technical reference
  • Work with different project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, waterfall, etc.) to promote rapid deployments

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's/PhD Program from an accredited college/university or have graduated within the last 12 months.
  • Majors preferred: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
  • Ability and great attitude to work in an environment of ambiguity and ongoing change.

This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s): Portland, OR, US.
