We are looking for a self-motivated problem solver of high integrity to join our growing firm as an Investment Analyst. This role reports to the Chief Investment Officer and works closely with Investment Advisors on client teams.

The essential duties of the Investment Analyst include, and are not limited to:

1. Assist Investment Advisor in designing personalized asset allocation strategy
2. Review & develop rebalancing and tax loss harvesting recommendations with the Investment Advisor
3. Identify potential fee savings
4. Generate client deliverables, such as ad hoc investment exhibits outside of the core investment reports produced by Client Operations
5. Communicating (both verbally and in writing) with external clients, internal client teams, and third-party affiliates regarding investment related matters
6. Assist Investment Advisor in answering client questions pertaining to investments
7. Ad hoc projects as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues
3. Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering top-notch client service
4. Intellectual curiosity and the drive to find “the” answer not an answer
5. Minimum 1-2 years’ prior experience in investments or financial services
6. Series 65 is a requirement of the job and is financially supported, as needed, by the firm
7. Proficiency in MS Office with a demonstrated aptitude for mathematics and spreadsheets is necessary
8. Experience with FactSet, Addepar, Python and Salesforce a plus
9. Progress toward CFA/CFP is a plus
