• Willing to wait for license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days, No call
• Need 3 - 4 days in a week
• 21 - 28 patients per day, must be able to see all ages
• Physician must have EMR experience
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
