Job Description Summary
The Financial Analyst is responsible for financial reporting and analysis.

Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: Current CPA preferred
Experience REQUIRED:
Minimum of three (3) years of general accounting/financial analysis experience
Experience PREFERRED:
Three (3) years of financial analysis and reporting in a healthcare environment
Education/training REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or business related field
Education/training PREFERRED: Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Independent action(s) required:
Financial analysis and report development, posting entries.
Oversees the collection of departmental data in volumes, income, direct and indirect costs.
Supervisory responsibilities (if applicable): N/A
Additional position requirements:
Generally, work schedule is day time hours, Monday through Friday.
Will occasionally have to work weekends and after hours to accommodate the needs of the organization and clinics.
