Position: Senior Data Analyst – Marketing

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is at the forefront of redefining "Self-Education" through a leading digital platform. As a Senior Data Analyst – Marketing , you will be a critical member of the marketing team, responsible for measuring campaign performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that directly influence strategy. Working closely with renowned business leaders, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive marketing success by ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Campaign Performance: Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
- Reporting & Marketing Trackers: Develop and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, CAC, and CLV. Provide comprehensive visibility on marketing success.
- A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to refine marketing strategies.
- Data Integrity: Collaborate with engineering and web development teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data through event tracking systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, focusing on marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery experience is a plus).
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau .
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Hyros , Triple Whale , Google Tag Manager , and Google Analytics .
- Deep understanding of sales funnels, direct response marketing, and paid advertising on platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Google Search.
- Experience with attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch).
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience leading A/B and multivariate testing.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience.
