Plan the layout for the Amway plant and design the layout using draftsight.
Develop performance standards and track the OEE, MTTR and values
Perform cost analysis of production for the E2XX series of parts and track them using the Macros created.
Develop Standard Operation Procedures for handling of Harding & Doosan Robots in the plant.
Conduct periodic time studies on all machines on weekly basis and develop time studies tracking macro to assure reliability and performance of the plant.
Perform production forecast and analyze production data to maintain optimum inventory.
Coordinate preparation and submission of PPAP documents per customer requirements.
Introduce and maintained FMEA & PFMEA documentation.
Masters in Industrial and Systems Engineering or any Computer related field of study and 6 months experience
