Pricing and Packaging Product Manager - AI SaaS Platform (Hybrid in Boston)

This company in the application performance monitoring space is looking to add a Pricing and Packaging Product Manager to their team. They provide an industry-leading platform that allows customers to ensure their software is operating efficiently and effectively at all times. It diagnoses bugs in the code down to the exact line so that they can be quickly fixed.

This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity (2-3 days/week) in their brand new office in the Boston Seaport area. You would be joining an entirely Boston-based Product Management group interacting with both local and international cross-functional teams. The focus will be on rolling out their new pricing model, bundling products, and driving sales enablement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience in agile software product environments
• Understanding of software and AI trends and modern technologies
• Experience working with international teams and markets

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

• Support training and sales enablement internally
• Conduct user research to align both internal and external stakeholders
• Manage global pricing lifecycle
• Build a new pricing website and bring customers up to speed on pricing model updates
