The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business.

We are currently seeking a Manager, Digital Revenue Operations & Partnerships to join our digital ad sales team based in our New York, New York headquarters.

JOB SUMMARY

The Manager will be responsible for driving Digital revenue via partnerships with indirect demand partners and Platform backfills. This includes initial strategy of business needs, evaluation of partner options, leading onboarding and setup, and ongoing partner management to increase sales and optimize process. The position will also have an operational focus, working on the contracting and troubleshooting of Distribution platform deals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Own relationships with assigned SSPs, Resellers, and other assigned Ad Tech partners in order to proactively grow revenue via sales management of our partner demand teams.
  2. Direct the onboarding of new partners, coordinating with Legal, Operations, Data, Analytics, and Billing teams as needed to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
  3. Partner with our internal distribution teams and external platforms to help contract content distribution deals, and set up successful backfill deals.
  4. Deliver and maintain new Ad products and innovations by finding, proposing, and managing vendors, as well as working with Ad Operations and Marketing on implementation.
  5. Work on assigned departmental projects to enhance workflows for reporting analytics, price floor management, contract processing.
  6. Monitor sellout rate by platform and work to deliver optimal revenue through proactively troubleshooting any issues limiting monetization potential, by analyzing bid requests as they pass from distribution platforms through the SSPs.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  3. 5 years of relevant professional experience in Video Advertising, Media Sales or Digital Ad Operations.
  4. Must be a team player who is a strategic and creative thinker with a go-getter attitude.
  5. Ability to be versatile across Sales, Ad Operations, and reporting analytics.
  6. Fluent in Excel, and capable of building templates and dashboards.
  7. Ability to take ownership of open-ended problems, document business requirements, manage timelines, and summarize solutions.
  8. Excellent understanding of major SSPs, DSP, and Ad Tech companies, experience in FreeWheel preferred.

The base compensation range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 commensurate with experience.
