Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg in Glens Falls, NY

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)
**Job Specialty:** Med Surg / Oncology
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
**Guaranteed Hours:** 12 hours per shift
**Experience:** Minimum 2+ years of current Med Surg experience
**License:** New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate
**Certifications:** ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
**Must-Have:**
- EPIC experience
- Willingness to float to other units as needed
**Job Description:**
- Work during EPIC conversion and demonstrate proficiency in EPIC software.
- Strongly encouraged to have COVID vaccinations, although not required.
- Complete training from either Welle (Verbal De-escalation bundle) or CPI for onboarding and clearance.
- Must have personal scrubs of any color with no designs or cartoons; hoodies are not permitted.
- Required to work every other weekend and holidays if needed.
- Participate in a 14-panel drug screening process, which includes testing for various substances.
- Possess experience in Oncology Care and End of Life Care, preferred but not required.
- No block scheduling will be considered.
- Ensure compliance with all medical and vaccination requirements before submission.
- Must have own vehicle as a firm requirement.
- Provide a work history, pertinent skills checklist (current to 1 year), and one supervisory signed reference (from the past two years of employment).
- License and certifications must be uploaded with profile submissions.
- Requested time off (RTO) during the assignment must be noted and verified at the time of submission. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted, and requests after submission will not be approved.
