Co-ED will primarily focus on the Program portfolio and will be full-time. The Program portfolio includes (but is not limited to): managing the Climate Leadership Project, the Youth Conservation Corps, and Junior Youth Conservation Corps.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Co-EDs will collaborate on Partner relationships and Program Development. Both Co-EDs will participate in Board Meetings.
Other Information/Requirements:
A passionate interest in tackling the challenges of climate change and its impact on our children and youth.
Experience working with, leading, and/or educating youth (5th – 12th grade).
Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in areas such as environmental/outdoor education, youth development, conservation, or program coordination.
Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising other professionals.
