Join Rise Realty, a thriving real-estate brokerage based in Brookline, where we’ve proudly served our clients for over nine years. As we continue to expand our footprint in the greater Boston real-estate market, we’re looking to grow our dynamic team, which currently includes more than ten dedicated sales agents, as well as a full-time marketing, property manager and operations director.
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Director to lead and inspire our talented team of experienced real estate professionals. In this pivotal role, you will oversee sales, rentals, exclusive listings, and property management, driving success across all aspects of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and Mentor: Cultivate a high-performance culture by motivating team members, providing clear guidance, and fostering collaboration.
- Set Performance Goals: Develop structured performance metrics to ensure both individual and team success.
- Recruitment and Retention: Attract top-tier talent by implementing competitive incentives and creating a supportive, growth-oriented environment that encourages agent retention.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales leadership or management
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
Salary Range: $200-250K (includes Base + Bonuses at plan)
