Travel CT Tech in Presque Isle, ME

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year preferred
**License:** ME State license
**Certifications:** BLS, ARRT (R) (CT) required
**Must-Have:**
- Both CT and Rad Tech certifications
- Experience with CTA studies and general studies
- IV start skills preferred
- Experience with Toshiba and GE preferred but not required
**Job Description:**
- Immediate start required
- Work schedule is Wednesday to Sunday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Possibility of covering overnights and being part of the call rotation during weekends
- May assist in X-ray if coverage is needed
- Patient care includes primarily adults/geriatrics with some pediatrics
- Responsible for performing biopsies (training provided if necessary)
- Average of 25-30 scans per day
- Technology and equipment include Toshiba Aquilion 64 and GE 16 slice PET CT (used as backup)
- EMR system: Cerner
- PACS: Enterprise Imaging AGFA
- Support includes a lead tech, 2 techs on weekdays and evenings, 1 on weekends, internal transport, and an on-site radiologist
- Orientation lasts 1-1.5 weeks based on experience and comfort level
- Weekend and holiday rotations required
- Flexibility with scheduling; specific shifts will be based on departmental needs
