Role: Accounting Specialist
Location: Denver, CO
Pay Range Up To: $65K, DOE

Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle processing of 100-200 non-PO invoices per week
- Reconcile vendor statements and identify and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare the weekly accounts payable vendor check run
- Process employee expense reports
- Prepare daily bank deposits
- Complete daily bank account reconciliations
- Post customer payments to the accounts receivable system
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
- Associates in Accounting highly preferred
- Viewpoint software experience preferred
