Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company in Oklahoma City who is seeking to add a Head of Total Rewards Strategy to their team. This role is paying $150,000-190,000 DOE.

Skills you need / What you'll do:

  1. Manage multi-state payroll operations, including performance appraisals, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
  2. Oversee a comprehensive suite of compensation programs, including executive, broad-based, and incentive compensation, as well as job design, to ensure market-appropriate and regulatory-compliant packages.
  3. Ensure that compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR information systems align with organizational values, strategies, and performance goals.
  4. Oversee the design, cost-benefit analysis, and administration of benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, user-friendly, and cost-effective.
  5. Lead the design, implementation, and governance of competitive, integrated total reward strategies that attract top talent, reward high performance, ensure fiscal responsibility, and support retention.
  6. Over 10 years of progressive experience in total rewards.
  7. BA required; MBA or Master’s degree in Finance is preferred.
