Summary: 

Our award-winning client is seeking a Tax Senior Manager
to join their team.As a Tax Senior Manager (High Net Worth) at Windham Brannon, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive tax services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Your expertise in income, estate, and gift tax planning will be instrumental in helping clients navigate complex tax matters and optimize their financial strategies. You will also lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Tax Planning and Compliance:Provide strategic tax advice and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Advise on income tax, estate, and gift tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Prepare and review complex tax returns, including individual, trust, and estate tax returns.
  • Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with client's advisors, such as attorneys and financial planners, to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell Windham Brannon's services and grow the firm's client base.
  • Team Leadership and Development:Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Business Development:Actively seek out new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Contribute to the firm's overall growth and profitability.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years of experience in high-net-worth tax planning.
  • Active CPA license.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of income tax, estate, and gift tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
