Chef ANDREW CARMELLINI and Chef Anthony Ricco's team is looking for hard-working, passionate GRILL COOKS to join their team at LEUCA !

LEUCA is a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian-inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale. Leuca offers a menu of wood-fired coastal Italian   dishes, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ideal Candidates:
*Prior experience as a line cook, a true self starter.
*Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
*Prepare and execute key components of dishes.
*Are well versed in restaurant operations, food handling and safety.
*Support their fellow cooks and contribute to leading a team in a busy atmosphere.
