We will count on you to:
- Liaise between clients and surety company through day to day account management and surety representation for surety/bonds clients.
- Perform bond underwriting, including financial analysis, contract review and bond preparation.
- Support new business leads with an evolution to an independent sales production role.
- Attend relevant continuing education seminar and training as you develop your surety/bond knowledge.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferable in Finance or Accounting.
- 0 - 2+ years of successful business to business sales experience.
- Ability to learn, understand and champion sales process/campaigns, and value proposition.
- In office presence required.
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

- Property & Casualty licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment required.

Regular Salaried
The applicable base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $100,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
