We are in need of an experienced Automotive Service Manager to manage our Service department at the brand new Hello Mazda of San Diego.
Responsibilities
- Be a leader & provide focus for your Service team
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the Service process
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Provide training and support to the Service staff and assist in maintaining quality and safety standards
- Help manage productivity of Service department
- Facilitate regular Service training for continue team growth
Qualifications
- Dealership management experience
- Must be interested in training additional Service associates and work within a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the Service workday
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
