Program Manager - Legal and Global Security

Legal and Global Security Solutions (LGSS) is looking for an experienced Program Manager to work closely with our Solution Manager to deliver a series of mission critical projects for our Legal and Global Security business partner. As the IS&T Program Manager for Legal and Global Security Solutions, the candidate will work closely with the various delivery teams to ensure project deliverables are created / submitted based upon the agreed upon schedule and align with the project stakeholder expectations. The candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful running large scale project management engagements working with other PMs and ePMs. The Program Manager is accountable for the management and maintenance of key deliverables associated to each project, specifically:


- Project Charter

- Communication Plan

- Project Kick Off

- Project Management Plan

- Project Schedule

- Scope Management Plan

- Benefits Tracker

- Risk Register

- Change Log

- Project Status Report

- Issue Log

- Value Tracker


The Program Manager candidate must be prepared to:

- Aggregate detailed plans from multiple work streams into a single comprehensive project view

- Deal effectively with ambiguity and drive consensus with work stream leads

- Use Apple based tools for project reporting and communication (e.g Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike, Miro) - Structure projects either using Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies that best aligns with variety of projects within the portfolio

- Serve as the first point of issue escalation for the project delivery teams

- Document project work and status in Wrike (e.g. risks, issues, decisions, changes, schedule, tasks)

- Work closely with the Solution Manager on specific Change Management activities (e.g. comms creation and delivery)

- Coordinate deliverable development activities with the project’s Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, and assigned Business Stakeholders

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope and schedule

- Comfortable communicating project status, issues and risks to project sponsors and leadership

- Develop executive level project summaries as required using aforementioned Apple based tools Additional Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of managing large scale and complex programs

- Experience in Legal operations a plus

- Large scale project management experience mandatory

- Strong familiarity using Apple based tools required (Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike) mandatory

- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in an ambiguous environment mandatory

- 10 years project management experience, of which minimal 3 years leading large scale projects

- Excellent verbal and communication skills mandatory - scrubbed deliverables requested

- Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision mandatory

- Ability to work with Leadership and contribute meaningfully to strategic planning initiatives mandatory - Executive presence and ability to influence outcomes when identifying innovative opportunities, presenting plans and building support for process improvements mandatory

- Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making skills and attention to detail mandatory

Pay Range: $70/hr - $75/hr


The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
