Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in Redondo Beach, CA .
Industrial Security Analyst (level 2):
Roles and Responsibilities: The CPSO implements all requisite national security directives with specific emphasis on NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Special Access Program (SAP) directives, and other governing directives, as applicable. Exhibits the dedication and expectation of excellence required of a seasoned security professional while working within a team environment. The CPSO interacts with internal and external customers or Government security officials in performance of security duties.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 Years of Industrial Security experience with Bachelors; OR 0 years with Masters; OR an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Candidate must have and be able to maintain an Active U.S. Government security clearance at the Top Secret level with a background investigation date within the last 6 years.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of the Intelligence Community Directives (ICD's), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and Supplement Information system security experience desired.
- Efficient, proactive, responsive team player with excellent written and oral communication skills; able to interface effectively with all levels of corporate management and government customers.
- Must be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive deliverables.
Salary Range: $72,100 - $108,100. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
