Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting solutions across the Payment Integrity and Consumer Financial Products portfolio. The multi-faceted role will be focused on leading high-priority initiatives encompassing strategy development/refinement, operating model and process optimization, and targeted product management workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic skill set that enables oversight of various product strategy and management functions.

Required Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration and 6 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR 11 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting.
2. Experience leading and mentoring other staff.
3. Experience in managed care product development, benefits consulting or project management.
4. Experience working with corporate leadership, interfacing and communicating at all levels of the organization.
5. Experience managing multiple complex priorities and a heavy workload.
6. Organizational skills and detail-oriented.
7. Verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

1. Experience in strategy development, operating model/process enhancements, and product management within the healthcare or consulting industry.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and drive impactful changes.
3. Adeptness in navigating ambiguity and demonstrating agility in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
5. Proficiency in developing compelling PowerPoint presentations to convey strategies, insights, and project outcomes effectively.
6. MBA or other Master's Degree.

This is a flex position (3 days in office; 2 days work from home).
