- Build a product organization that delivers industry-differentiating product experiences and is deeply embedded in all other QuickBooks teams such as Accountant, WorkForce Solutions, and Money, to represent the needs of our Mid-Market Audience within those teams and ensure our strategies and delivery plans are aligned.
- Develop and maintain a system for measuring the success of these products and experiences, using data-driven insights to refine and improve the offering continually.
- Actively monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure that QuickBooks stays ahead of the curve and proactively identifies new growth opportunities. This includes speaking at relevant industry conferences, investor days, and other public engagements.
- Hire, onboard, and develop talent within the Product Management team, providing mentorship, guidance, and growth opportunities to help them realize their full potential.
