Position Overview:
The Junior Consultant applies a broad set of subject matter and technical expertise to support the delivery of projects and services under Customer Statements of Work (SOWs). This role involves directing projects, managing support services, providing analytical solutions, and conducting training for customers. The Junior Consultant will work as part of a team to perform mid-level assignments within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Subject Matter and Technical Expertise:
Apply a broad set of subject matter and technical expertise to fulfill Customer SOWs.
Project Management:
Direct projects or services under Customer SOWs within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.
Organize, direct, and manage support services to ensure successful project completion.
Team Collaboration:
Serve as a member of a team performing mid-level assignments, contributing to the overall success of the project.
Solution Development:
Provide solutions through detailed analysis and effective problem-solving techniques.
Training and Development:
Conduct customer training through formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars to enhance customer capabilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in management consulting services.
Strong subject matter and technical expertise.
Proven ability to manage projects within time and budget constraints.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
