Job Summary

As a Senior HR Coordinator, you will oversee the administrative functions of human resources that directly impact team members at a Fresh Food Manufacturing (FFM) facility.

Key Competencies:

  • Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year in HR Coordination/HR generalist role
  • Experience Desired: Hourly/Salary Payroll experience in a non-union environment;
  • Understanding of OSHA safety regulations;
  • Knowledge of HR/employment legislation
  • Technical Skills Required: MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel at an intermediate level; previous experience with Workday and Kronos Time and Attendance software
  • Education Desired: HR degree or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and assistance with leave of absence and disciplinary action
  • Perform new hire orientations and I-9 verifications
  • Handle miscellaneous payroll matters, scheduling issues, and maintenance of time & attendance software
  • Assist with HR Department tasks and coordinate with corporate human resources
  • Facilitate random drug testing and assist fellow HR Coordinators as needed
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned
