We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in McLean, Virginia (US-VA), United States.

Responsibilities include:

1. Research and analyze sales opportunities to identify sales leads.
2. Build knowledge of NTT DATA’s products and services.
3. Manage sales governance throughout the business development life cycle.
4. Support sales executives and client executives to maintain sales pipeline data quality.
5. Research competitors and industry trends.
6. Research budgets across government agencies (Federal, State and Local).
7. Maintain an awareness of client trends and work closely with the marketing team to capitalize upon research and trends in support of sales opportunities.
8. Strong computer skills across the Microsoft Office and Salesforce applications.
9. Provide sales forecast reports to finance and accounting to report and forecast revenue.
10. Provide detailed pipeline and performance reporting for the business development organization.
11. Collaborate with the corporate sales organization to integrate policies, initiatives, and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience working in IT Systems Integration firm(s).
2. Solid analytical skills.
3. Proficient client service skills.
4. Solid verbal and written communication skills.
5. Solid tools and systems knowledge with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.
6. Basic project management skills.
