Job Summary :
As a Customer Service Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that their questions, concerns, and needs are handled effectively and professionally. You will provide excellent customer support through various channels such as phone, email, live chat, and social media, while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and resources.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Assist with order placement, refunds, or exchanges as necessary.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels or specialized teams.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by the company.
• Identify and report recurring customer issues to the management team for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team performance goals in line with the company's objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Empathetic, patient, and adaptable in handling various customer personalities and situations.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, or other software tools.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
