Forklift Operator

Staffmark is hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Arlington, TX. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and have experience operating powered industrial lift trucks, we want you!
Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM | $18.50/hr
• Mid Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM | $20.00/hr

In this role, you will operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move, stack, lift, and transport products, equipment, and materials throughout the warehouse. You'll be responsible for using handheld scanners with high accuracy to track inventory and ensure efficient processing. Additionally, you'll load and unload trailers as needed while adhering to safety guidelines. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is crucial, and you'll follow the 7S program to ensure a safe and productive environment. You will also handle inbound receiving tasks and contribute to meeting Supply Chain quality standards. As a Forklift Operator, you will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to process excellence and maintain a high level of accuracy in your work.
Requirements:

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Certified and trained in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Reach Truck experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with the potential for overtime
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Must be able to lift, bend, squat, twist, push, and pull objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights
• Stand, sit, or walk for long periods, and tolerate varying warehouse temperatures (hot or cold)
